Zeitoun is a book by Dave Eggers which is a true story about a Muslim family during hurricane Katrina. Abdulrahman Zeitoun is a man of strong Muslim faith who owns a painting and carpentering business with his wife Kathy. Zeitoun moved from Syria to New Orleans. Kathy and their children pack up and evacuate during hurricane Katrina but Zeitoun stays to watch over his business and properties. Kathy and the 4 kids evacuate to baton rouge. This is a story of a Muslim man living in new Orleans who struggles on his own during hurricane Katrina.

I think I am a 6 or a 7 in pbl. I usually blog everyday, am prepared at check ins, I most of the time am on pace. I think right now I am a meets expectations.

• How was the OHpedia project important to you? I thought this project was important to me because I pretty much did all of the history standards.
• How did your expectations of what you could do as a learner change throughout this project? I learned to listen to everyone and keep up with everyone on my own.
• In what ways did you become more persistent or tolerant throughout the process? I had to keep asking people to do there work, but then I realized it was a lot of work.
• What satisfied you most about this project? I did most of my standards.
• What things about this project really matched your style of learning? I like looking at things. I am a visual learner. The videos really helped.
• What will you always remember about this project? I will always remember how long it took everyone.

Today I did hunter and Nathans quiz and fixed my quiz. I have to finish my paper on mira's standard. Today we also listened to Mr. Sung play his violin. Tomorrow I have to do ALOT of flvs.
